West Virginia Heroes Day is a FREE CONCERT evening in honor of and recognizing our FIRST RESPONDERS! Everyone is invited and encouraged to come show your appreciation to them and then enjoy the evening's concerts at the Ritchie County 4H Grounds.
The 2nd Saturday of September is WV HEROES DAY. WV HEROES DAY is a day established by the WV Legislature (2016) and Governor Jim Justice (2017) --- a day established by our state to remember the sacrifice of the first responders from 9/11/01, but at the same time, to recognize our first responders currently serving throughout the great state of West Virginia.
The evening's opening act will be Ritchie County’s own Midnight Outlaws. Terry Lee Goffee, the Ultimate Johnny Cash Tribute. This group is renowned for their style of bluegrass, not just in West Virginia, but also in Nashville, TN.
Headliner will be Terry Lee Goffee, the Ultimate Johnny Cash Tribute.
