Fishing

Fisherman come from miles around to hook the many different species of fish in the 305-acre North Bend Lake. The lake has excellent bass, bluegill, crappie, channel catfish and musky fishing and the river downstream of the dam is stocked with trout January, February, March and April.

Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass are under a catch and release regulation, which is evaluated and changed, when necessary to maintain good bass fishing. The Lake, which is 8.1 miles long, features fishing of varying size.
